Dear friends,
I would like to take a moment to introduce myself to the Townhall.com blog community. My name is Thomas Buttonfield and my blog is named Buttonfield Thinks. I hope to share my knowledge with you about all things politics in a thoughtful, provocative manner. My interest does not lie in convincing you or anyone else that my point of view is correct or even "more right" than yours. Instead , through the power of logical thinking and critical thought, I will consider the many sides of an issue and ultimately let you reach your own conclusion.
Those with a tendency toward emotional oubursts who are easily swayed by what they read, or hear, or think they know to be true, might not like my blog. However, everyone is welcome; please enjoy!
